This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of an E-Business Plan for a mobile application aimed at students. To ensure an optimal understanding of the framework for designing this plan, a brief description of e-business and its models is provided, along with an overview of mobile application development tools. It examines global trends in the student app market and presents the functions and features of the proposed application. A study is conducted on the app's architecture and the criteria used for its selection. A market analysis is performed, including a primary survey targeting users (the student community) to better understand their needs and to improve the app’s responsiveness to them. Additionally, the analysis includes data and comparisons regarding the competitive environment, as well as SWOT analysis and Business Model Canvas for the proposed app. Moreover, the thesis presents a marketing strategy for approaching customers and users, along with the app's financial structure, consisting of a financial plan, forecasts, and estimates for the first year of operation. Finally, valuable conclusions are drawn from these figures regarding the app's trajectory and prospects.
