The resistance of building structures and the need to void mechanical errors necessitate the development of optimal designs and implementation of innovative technologies. The purpose of this paper is dual: on the one hand, the design of an algorithm for recognition of building damage and on the otherhand, the development of appropriate software that allows the user to recognize such damage. At the same time, this tool was built in order to operate using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV). The simulation results of the application indicated that the particular methodology provided adequate and accurate analytical data for the early prediction, registration and study of building damage. This thesis comes to fill a bibliographic gap in theory and practice, utilizing different methodologies that have not been used combinatorially until now.
