The current thesis concerns the study of a School District of Musical and Fine Arts Studies in the city of Chania.The chosen site is located in the area of Chalepa and it is characterized with extreme morphological incline and a particular outline in the urban fabric. A special interest can be found in its neighbouring and possibility of connection to the 9th primary school of Chania. In the present thesis, there have been considered and designed spaces in addition to the musical ones that will cater to all the Fine Arts, providing the education potential to those students who wish to choose the relevant direction.Moreover, the district includes a students’ boarding and residential structure, which will be able to host the children of the remote areas of the Prefecture of Chania.
