In this theses, the acoustic emissions will be measured during milling, with an end mill tool on a piece of aluminum, will be examined. The experiments were done with different parameters such as cutting depths, balanced counter milling and advances per tooth. Measurements were taken with an acoustic emission sensor and analyzed with root mean square (RMS) and Fourier transform(FFT).
