| Content Summary | Σε αυτή την εργασία προτείνεται μία πολιτική παραγωγής διαφορετικών προϊόντων -με περιορισμένο χρόνο ζωής- από γραμμή παραγωγής η οποία παράγει κατά παρτίδες. Τα έτοιμα προϊόντα μεταφέρονται στην αποθήκη του εργοστασίου και διατηρούνται εκεί σε κατάλληλες συνθήκες μέχρις ότου ζητηθούν και πωληθούν. Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι η προσομοίωση του συστήματος και η εύρεση της βέλτιστης πολιτικής παραγωγής κατά παρτίδες από μία οικογένεια πολιτικών που χαρακτηρίζονται από ορισμένες λειτουργικές παραμέτρους. Συγκεκριμένα αναζητούνται το σημείο αναπαραγγελίας όπου εκδίδεται εντολή παραγωγής, η μέγιστη στάθμη αποθέματος οπότε σταματά η παραγωγή και το μέγεθος παρτίδας για κάθε προϊόν ώστε να ελαχιστοποιηθεί το μέσο μηνιαίο κόστος λειτουργίας του συστήματος. | el |
| Content Summary | In this study, a production policy for different products -with a limited lifespan- produced in batches from a production line, is proposed. The finished products are transported to the factory warehouse and are stored there under appropriate conditions until they are requested and sold. The aim of the study is to simulate the system and to find the optimal batch production policy from a family of policies characterized by specific operational parameters. Specifically, the reorder point at which a production order is issued, the maximum inventory level at which production stops, and the batch size for each product are sought in order to minimize the system’s average monthly operating cost. | en |
