| Content Summary | Στην παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία επιχειρείται η δημιουργία ενός βιοκλιματικού σχολικού συγκροτήματος κατασκευασμένο από φυσικά υλικά στην πόλη του Ηρακλείου Κρήτης, στην περιοχή των Βουτών. Βασικά στοιχεία σύνθεσης αποτέλεσαν ο κατάλληλος προσανατολισμός ώστε να εξύπηρετουνται όλες οι εσωτερικές και εξωτερικές λειτουργίες του σχολικού συγκροτηματος και η ιδαιτερότητα του φυσικού αναγλύφου. Στόχος είναι η δημιουργία ενός βιοκλιματικού κτιρίου αυτάρκειας, με την μείωση του περιβαλλοντικού του αποτυπώματος για την κατασκευή του και την χαμηλή κατανάλωση συμβατικής ενέργειας για τη λειτουργία του. Γι’ αυτό η κατασκευή του κτιρίου βασίζεται εξ' ολοκλήρου στη φυσική δόμηση και στον παθητικό σχεδιασμό. Ο σκελετός του κτιρίου είναι από ξύλο, η πλήρωση των τοιχοποιιών πραγματοποιείται από αχυροπηλό και τα δάπεδα κυρίως από πατημένο χώμα. Το σχολικό συγκρότημα στεγάζει και τις τρείς βαθμίδες εκπάιδευσης: προσχολική, πρωτοβάθμια και δευτεροβάθμια εκπαίδευση. | el |
| Content Summary | In this diploma thesis, an attempt is made to create a bioclimatic school complex constructed from natural materials in the city of Heraklion, in the area of Voutes. Fundamental design elements include the light and the soil of the area, as the intense natural environment plays a leading role in the design, and the architectural intervention is harmonized with nature. The goal is to create a self-sufficient bioclimatic building, reducing its environmental footprint and transitioning to a new sustainable reality based on the principles of sustainability. Therefore, the construction of the building is entirely based on natural construction and materials sourced from the surrounding area. The building's frame is made of wood, the walls are filled with light-clay, and the floors are made of rammed earth. The school complex consists of preschool, primary, and secondary education facilities. | en |
