In the 1980s, European cities, following the American model, filled their urban voids with shopping centres. This thesis documents, in the form of an experimental documentary, the particular case of Centro Comercial Stop. A "hype" shopping centre of the time, which after its bankruptcy and abandonment, was re-appropriated, by the city's own inhabitants. It is a phenomenon which, n a non-place, brings together the entire music scene of Porto.
