| Content Summary | Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία πραγματεύεται τα ποιοτικά και ποσοτικά πρότυπα απόδοσης των σωφρονιστικών υπαλλήλων στην Ελλάδα. Η συγκεκριμένη εργασία αποτελεί μια πρωτοποριακή και καινοτόμα έρευνα πάνω στον κλάδο αξιολόγησης των σωφρονιστικών υπαλλήλων στην Ελλάδα. Η έρευνα επικεντρώνεται στην κατανόηση της αξιολόγησης και της βελτίωσης της απόδοσης των σωφρονιστικών υπαλλήλων. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, διερευνάται το θεωρητικό υπόβαθρο σχετικά με τους υπαλλήλους και τα ιδρύματα των φυλακών και παρατίθενται πρότυπα απόδοσης του προσωπικού των καταστημάτων κράτησης τόσο στην Ελλάδα, όσο και σε διεθνές επίπεδο, βάση των οποίων υλοποιείται η σχετική ανάλυση στο κύριο μέρος της εργασίας. Στην συνέχεια για την συλλογή των απαραίτητων πληροφοριών εξετάζεται το αγροτικό κατάστημα φύλαξης Αγιάς του Νομού Χανίων και κατασκευάζεται και παρουσιάζεται η ανάλυση θέσης εργασίας και η περιγραφή θέσης εργασίας ενός υπαλλήλου από τον χώρο φύλαξης. Τα δεδομένα αντλούνται τόσο από την σχετική νομοθεσία, όσο και από την υλοποίηση προσωπικής συνέντευξης με υπάλληλο του τμήματος φύλαξης του συγκεκριμένου ιδρύματος. Με βάση τις πληροφορίες που συλλέχθηκαν παρουσιάζονται αποδοτικά ποιοτικά και ποσοτικά κριτήρια αξιολόγησης για τους εργαζόμενους αξιοποιώντας το πλαίσιο "SMART" για την αποτελεσματική εφαρμογή αυτών των προτύπων στην διαδικασία αξιολόγησης. Τέλος, η σύνοψη των ευρημάτων επιδεικνύει την αποτελεσματική δημιουργία αποδοτικών ποιοτικών και ποσοτικών κριτηρίων αξιολόγησης των σωφρονιστικών υπαλλήλων στην Ελλάδα, παραθέτοντας και σχετικές μελλοντικές επεκτάσεις για την περαιτέρω βελτίωση αυτών. | el |
| Content Summary | This thesis deals with the qualitative and quantitative performance standards of prison officers in Greece. This thesis is a pioneering and innovative research on the field of the evaluation of prison officers in Greece. The research focuses on understanding the evaluation and performance improvement of correctional officers. More specifically, the theoretical background on prison employees and institutions is explored and performance standards of prison staff in Greece and internationally are listed, based on which the relevant analysis is implemented in the central part of the paper. In the following, for the collection of the necessary information, the rural guarding establishment of Agia in the prefecture of Chania is examined and the job analysis and job description of an employee from the guarding establishment is constructed and presented. The data are drawn from both the relevant legislation and from the implementation of a personal interview with an employee of the security department of this institution. Based on the collected information, efficient qualitative and quantitative evaluation criteria for employees are presented utilizing the "SMART" framework to effectively apply these standards in the evaluation process. Finally, the summary of the findings demonstrates the effective creation of efficient qualitative and quantitative evaluation criteria for prison employees in Greece, listing relevant future extensions for further improvement of these criteria. | en |
