| Content Summary | Τα τελευταία χρόνια η Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή προσπαθεί να ευαισθητοποιήσει ολοένα και περισσότερο, σχετικά με τις συνθήκες διαβίωσης των ατόμων με αναπηρίες, τις προκλήσεις που αντιμετωπίζουν στην καθημερινή ζωή και τα εργαλεία για τη βελτίωση καθημερινότητας τους. Βασικό μέλημα αποτελεί η σωστή διαμόρφωση και αξιοποίηση του περιβάλλοντος στο οποίο ζουν. Η ερευνητική αυτή εργασία αναλύει την προσβασιμότητα και τους τρόπους βελτίωσης της μετακίνησης των ατόμων με αναπηρία, σε Ευρωπαϊκές πόλεις με ιστορικά κέντρα. Συγκεκριμένα, η εργασία χωρίζεται σε τρία κεφάλαια με τις υπό ενότητες τους. Το πρώτο κεφάλαιο αποτελεί την εισαγωγική ενότητα της έρευνας και παρουσιάζονται δύο σημαντικές διεθνείς πολιτικές για την προσβασιμότητα και τα άτομα με αναπηρία, δίνονται πληροφορίες από τη Διεθνή Σύμβαση του Οργανισμού Ηνωμένων Εθνών για τα Δικαιώματα των Ατόμων αυτών και περιγράφονται τα Σχέδια Βιώσιμης Αστικής κινητικότητας (ΣΒΑΚ). Ακόμη, εξετάζεται η σημασία της Ευρωπαϊκής Στρατηγικής για την Αναπηρία 2010-2020 και διακρίνονται οι τομείς προτεραιότητας της. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο με άξονα τον διαγωνισμό για τις πιο προσβάσιμες πόλεις της Ευρώπης διερευνώνται τα Σχέδια Βιώσιμης Αστικής Κινητικότητας που έχουν ακολουθήσει η Αβίλα (Ισπανία), το Μιλάνο (Ιταλία) και η Λυών (Γαλλία) οι οποίες έχουν κατακτήσει την πρώτη θέση. Η ανάλυση αυτή αφορά τα ιστορικά τους κέντρα και πως τα ΑΜΕΑ έχουν ενταχθεί σε αυτές. Αυτό επιτυγχάνεται με παραδείγματά που αφορούν Ευρωπαϊκές πόλεις και τη διαμόρφωση της κινητικότητας τους για την εξυπηρέτηση των ΑΜΕΑ. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο καταγράφονται τα συμπεράσματα των παραπάνω κεφαλαίων με στόχο την μελέτη και την ανάδειξη των ΣΒΑΚ μέσω της διερεύνησης καλών πρακτικών που ακολούθησαν οι πόλεις αυτές στο ιστορικό τους κέντρο, προωθώντας τη βιώσιμη κινητικότητα για το σύνολο των ατόμων με αναπηρία. | el |
| Content Summary | In recent years, the European Commission has been working on raising awareness concerning the living conditions of people with disabilities, the challenges they face in everyday life, and the tools to improve their daily lives. A key concern is the proper shaping and utilization of the environment in which they live. This research paper analyses the accessibility and the ways of improving the mobility of people with disabilities in European cities with historical centers. Specifically, the paper is divided into three chapters with their subsections. The first chapter is the introductory part of the research and two major international policies on accessibility and people with disabilities, information is given from the International Convention of the United Nations International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and sustainable urban mobility plans (SUMPS) are described. The importance of the European Disability Strategy 2010 - 2020 and its priority areas are also examined. The second chapter is based on the competition for the Most Accessible Cities in Europe that have been followed by Avila (Spain), Milan (Italy), and Lyon (France), which have conquered first place. This analysis focuses on their historical centers and how people with disabilities have been integrated into them. This is achieved by examples relating to European cities and the shaping of their mobility for the benefit of people with disabilities. In the third chapter, the conclusions of the above chapters are recorded with the aim of studying and highlighting the SUMPS through the exploration of good practices in the field of sustainable mobility practices followed by these cities in their historic center, promoting sustainable mobility for all people with disabilities. | en |
