The respondentswere asked to choose lodging among a number of differentiated optionswith certain attributes and levels. Moreover, they were asked to answer tosome questions regarding their opinion about several characteristics of theAirbnb platform. We used a Choice-Based Conjoint Analysis experiment, while a Latent Class model was used to analyze the data. The softwarewhich was used for the above mentioned analysis was the SawtoothSoftware.
