Summary

The economic climate's uncertainties have had a significant impact on the stability of several business organizations in recent years. The concerns of psychological empowerment, leadership and confidence, performance management, and communications technologies have all added to the complexity of managing these organizations effectively. The most difficult challenge would be leading people in the organization, which Northouse (2010) defined as a process for achieving a common goal initiated by an individual influencing a collection of people in this manner. Leadership must be founded on the creative potential that pervades an organization, its functions, and proper levels of management (Johannessen and Sklsvik, 2013). The key concepts that emerge from these leadership definitions are procedure, impact, and achievement of goals. Thus, leadership is concerned with how an individual can persuade a group of other people to be doing something that sounds plausible to them. Leadership in an organizational context refers to the ability of a leader to persuade others to act in a certain way in order to achieve organizational goals. Emotions and sentimental information are linked to emotional intelligence (ES). It has piqued the interest of researchers and human resource professionals due to its value to leaders and employees, as well as its critical role in organization performance and excellence. The current study describes emotional intelligence models as well as their partnership with leadership behavior while reviewing the findings to demonstrate the significant correlation between emotional intelligence, leaders, and employees. Finally, some opinions on future studies on its position in institutions are offered.
