Summary

With the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic thousands of private companies and public organizations adopted teleworking as a measure to limit the spread of the disease and protect public health. The purpose of this study is the assessment of teleworking services in the Greek market. The study is based on a survey conducted by distributing a questionnaire online to employees whose work arrangement involves teleworking. The aim of the study is to determine the demographics of teleworkers, the challenges of teleworking, the software and hardware used and the satisfaction level of teleworking employees. The assessment of teleworking services contributes to the identification of sources of job dissatisfaction in order to improve working conditions and quality of life.
