| Content Summary | Αντικείμενο της παρούσας εργασίας αποτελεί το Ελληνικό παραθαλάσσιο τοπίο, και πως αυτό μεταβάλλεται ανάλογα με τις εκάστοτε συνθήκες. Μέσα από τη διερεύνηση του ζητήματος της χωρικής συνύπαρξης του μόνιμου κατοίκου και του προσωρινού επισκέπτη, μελετήθηκαν τοποθετήσεις γύρω από τον τόπο, το τοπίο, και την κατοίκηση. Στο πρώτο μέρος λοιπόν, αναλύονται έννοιες που αποτελούν τη βάση της εργασίας. Η ενότητα αυτή περιλαμβάνει διάφορες θέσεις για την ευρύτερη κατανόηση των παραπάνω όρων ,ενώ προετοιμάζει το έδαφος για την επόμενη ενότητα στην οποία εξετάζεται ο παραθερισμός στην Ελλάδα, και η αρχιτεκτονική του τουριστικού τοπίου. Έπειτα στο τρίτο μέρος, γίνεται επιλογή μελέτης ενός παραθαλάσσιου οικισμού της Β. Κρήτης, του οικισμού του Πανόρμου. Ύστερα από την ανάλυση του, ιστορικά και πολεοδομικά αλλά και μέσα από μια βιωματική ανάγνωση επισημαίνονται οι παράγοντες που οδήγησαν στην σημερινή όψη του οικισμού. Τέλος ακολουθούν τα συμπεράσματα ως απόρροια των τριών προηγούμενων μερών όπου αναγράφονται προτάσεις και διατυπώσεις που προέκυψαν κατά τη διάρκεια της μελέτης. Στόχος είναι να επαναπροσδιοριστεί η έννοια του ελληνικού τουρισμού, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τις ιδιαιτερότητες και τις ιδιομορφίες του τόπου, αλλά και να εντοπιστούν τα εργαλεία για την ανάδειξη των ελληνικών παραθαλάσσιων τοπίων. | el |
| Content Summary | The subject of this paper is the Greek coastal landscape and how it changes depending on different conditions.Through investigating the issue of spatial coexistence between permanent residents and temporary visitors, positions on place, landscape, and habitation were studied. In the first part, concepts that form the basis of the paper are analyzed. This section includes various approaches for a broader understanding of the aforementioned terms and prepares the ground for the next section, which examines vacationing in Greece and the architecture of the tourist landscape. Then, in the third part, a coastal settlement in northern Crete, the settlement of Panormos, is selected for study. Following its analysis, both historically and urbanistically, as well as through an experiential reading, the factors that led to the current appearance of the settlement are highlighted. Finally, the conclusions follow as a result of the previous three parts, where questions and solutions that arose during the study are listed. The goal is to redefine the concept of Greek tourism, taking into account the peculiarities of the place, and to identify the tools for highlighting the Greek coastal landscapes. | en |
