The subject of this research paper is the redefinition of the role of architecture shaped during the Italian occupation in Rhodes, specifically along 7th March Street. The study aims to interpret the architectural interventions of the fascist regime that formed the modern urban landscape and to explore the possibilities of applying contemporary management methods to this cultural heritage. In order to understand the socio-political context of the era, the study begins with a historical overview and analysis of the architectural evolution of the buildings up to the present day. Thereafter, it explores the challenges of managing fascist architectural ensembles within a democratic society and examines case studies of fascist architecture in Italy. The comparative study of different management approaches after the regime's fall demonstrates that the optimal way to utilize these buildings involves a combination of methods, enhanced by community participation and responsive to local needs.
