The subject of this Diplomatic Thesis is the design of a Gastronomic Experience Center and its implementation in the area of the Airport Terminal of Chania Airport. For this purpose, reference is made to the means of Changing Architecture and variable elements that offer flexibility for the creation of functional spaces in conditions of changing needs. The reason was the finding of significant seasonal variability in passenger traffic. Thus, a building is created as an addition to the existing Chania Airport building, with the possibility of expanding the space and transforming it from a Gastronomic Center to an Exhibition Space or a combination of the two depending on the season.
