This thesis addresses the transformation of the buildings of the S.A.M.I.C.A flour mill into an artistic workshop space, where each floor represents the activity of the Rhodes industries during the period of Italian rule and the winery C.A.I.R into a library that includes open and individual reading rooms, multi-event rooms, audio-visual media rooms and children's library.
