| Content Summary | Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία επιχειρεί να επαναδιατυπώσει τη σύγχρονη έννοια της πολυκατοίκησης μέσα από ένα νέο πρότυπο συλλογικής κατοίκησης, στο οποίο η τεχνολογία, η φύση και ο άνθρωπος αλληλεπιδρούν ισότιμα και συμπληρωματικά. Βασισμένη στα πορίσματα της ερευνητικής εργασίας που προηγήθηκε, η μονάδα πολυκατοίκησης διαμορφώνεται ως ένα σύνθετο και πολυεπίπεδο αρχιτεκτονικό σύστημα, όπου ο σχεδιασμός ενσωματώνει αρχές οικολογικής ευαισθητοποίησης, κοινωνικής συνύπαρξης και ψηφιακής διασύνδεσης με σαφή και ελεγχόμενο τρόπο. Η μονάδα χωροθετείται στο νότιο τμήμα του Ελληνικού, στα όρια του μητροπολιτικού πάρκου. Η βόρεια πλευρά του οικοπέδου συνδέεται μέσω μιας πράσινης διαδρομής με την ακτή, ενώ νότια και ανατολικά το συγκρότημα εφάπτεται με πεζόδρομους, εκ των οποίων ο νότιος λειτουργεί ως βασική αρτηρία κυκλοφορίας. Δυτικά βρίσκεται το κέντρο διανομής του Ελληνικού. Η στρατηγική τοποθέτηση της μονάδας στη συγκεκριμένη αστική συνθήκη επιτρέπει τη δυναμική συσχέτιση με το φυσικό τοπίο, προσφέροντας ένα σημείο μετάβασης μεταξύ του δομημένου περιβάλλοντος και της φυσικής ροής του πάρκου και της παραλιακής ζώνης. Η σύνθεση αντλεί έμπνευση από τους οκτώ πυλώνες της έξυπνης πολυκατοίκησης, όπως τέθηκαν στην ερευνητική εργασία: βιωσιμότητα, κοινωνική συνοχή, τεχνολογική διαφάνεια, ενεργειακή ευαισθησία, προσαρμοστικότητα, ασφάλεια, αλληλεπίδραση, συμμετοχικότητα. | el |
| Content Summary | This diploma thesis attempts to redefine the contemporary concept of multi-residential living through a new model of collective housing, in which technology, nature, and humanity interact equally and complementarily. Based on the findings of the preceding research project, the multi-residential unit is conceived as a complex and multi-layered architectural system, where the design consciously integrates principles of ecological awareness, social coexistence, and digital connectivity in a clear and controlled manner. The unit is located in the southern section of Elliniko, at the edge of the metropolitan park. The northern side of the plot is connected to the coastline through a green corridor, while to the south and east, the complex borders pedestrian streets—among which the southern one functions as a main circulation artery. To the west lies the distribution center of Elliniko. The strategic placement of the unit within this urban condition allows for a dynamic relationship with the natural landscape, offering a point of transition between the built environment and the organic flow of the park and coastal zone. The composition draws inspiration from the eight pillars of smart multi-residential living, as established in the research work: sustainability, social cohesion, technological transparency, energy sensitivity, adaptability, security, interaction, and participation. | en |
