| Content Summary | This diploma thesis addresses the design of a Center for Culture and the Arts, situated on the urban block at the intersection of Ethnikis Antistaseos and Nearchou Avenues, along the coastal front of Heraklion. The proposed intervention aims at the revitalization of the broader urban area through the promotion of culture and the arts. Simultaneously, it seeks to establish a supra-local hub for social interaction, integrating open green spaces as a means of urban relief and environmental enhancement. | en |
