| Content Summary | Αντικείμενο της παρούσας διπλωματικής είναι η διαχείριση των κινδύνων στο πλαίσιο της διοίκησης έργων.Αρχικά αναλύεται η έννοια του έργου και της διαχείρισής του, παρουσιάζονται ιστορικά στοιχεία του κλάδου, αναδεικνύεται ο ρόλος του project manager και περιγράφονται τα στάδια του κύκλου ζωής ενός έργου και η μοντελοποίηση των διαθέσιμων πόρων. Στην συνέχεια εξετάζεται η φύση του κινδύνου, με έμφαση στις ιδιαιτερότητες των δημόσιων έργων και την κατηγοριοποίηση των κινδύνων σε οικονομικούς, τεχνικούς, περιβαλλοντικούς, οργανωτικούς, κοινωνικούς, νομικούς και πολιτικούς. Έπειτα παρουσιάζονται βασικές μέθοδοι ανάλυσης και εκτίμησης κινδύνων, όπως η SWOT, η PESTLE, η μέθοδος Monte Carlo, η Ανάλυση Δέντρου Αποφάσεων και η μέθοδος Delphi, με εφαρμογές προσαρμοσμένες στον τομέα των έργων, ενώ εκτιμώνται και οι επιπτώσεις τους. Τέλος, διερευνώνται οι στρατηγικές αντιμετώπισης των κινδύνων, τόσο αρνητικών (απειλών) όσο και θετικών (ευκαιριών), μέσω τεχνικών όπως η αποφυγή, η μεταφορά, ο μετριασμός, η αποδοχή, η εκμετάλλευση, η ενίσχυση, η συμμετοχή και η αποδοχή ευκαιριών. Η διπλωματική υποστηρίζει τη σημασία μιας ολιστικής και προληπτικής προσέγγισης στη διαχείριση κινδύνων, η οποία ενσωματώνεται από τα πρώτα στάδια του έργου και αυξάνει τις πιθανότητες επιτυχούς ολοκλήρωσής του. | el |
| Content Summary | The subject of this thesis is risk management in the context of project management. In the first chapter, the concept of the project and its management is analyzed, historical elements of the industry are presented, the role of the project manager is highlighted and the stages of the life cycle of a project and the modeling of available resources are described. The second chapter examines the nature of risk, with a focus on the particularities of public works, and classifies risks into economic, technical, environmental, organizational, social, legal, and political categories. The third chapter presents key methods of risk analysis and assessment, such as SWOT, PESTLE, Monte Carlo simulation, Decision Tree Analysis, and the Delphi method, with applications tailored to project environments. The impacts of risks are also assessed. The fourth chapter delves into risk response strategies for both negative risks (threats) and positive risks (opportunities), including techniques such as avoidance, transference, mitigation, acceptance, exploitation, enhancement, sharing, and opportunity acceptance. The paper advocates for a holistic and proactive approach to risk management, one that is integrated from the earliest stages of a project and strengthens its sustainability and success. | en |
