| Content Summary | Η παρούσα ερευνητική εργασία διερευνά τις αλλαγές που υπέστη ο προσφυγικός οικισμός της Νέας Φιλαδέλφειας πριν και μετά τον μεγάλο σεισμό του 1999. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, αντικείμενο της εργασίας είναι η ιστορική εξέλιξη του οικισμού από την ίδρυσή του στην περιοχή του Ποδονίφτη κατά την άφιξη των προσφύγων την δεκαετία του 1920, την εξέλιξη του μέσα στις δεκαετίες και τις αλλαγές που προκύπτουν στον οικισμό μέχρι σήμερα. Το σημαντικό ιστορικό γεγονός που καθορίζει και την δομή της εργασίας είναι ο σεισμός του 1999, έπειτα από τον οποίο, με σκοπό να προστατευθεί η ιδιαιτερότητα του οικισμού, που είναι σχεδιασμένος κατά τα πρότυπα των ευρωπαϊκών κηπουπόλεων της δεκαετίας του 1930, κηρύσσεται παραδοσιακός. Στη συνέχεια εξετάζονται οι όροι προστασίας του οικισμού, γίνεται κριτική στα μέτρα που ελήφθησαν και διερευνάται κατά πόσο συνέβαλαν στην διατήρηση του χαρακτήρα του. | el |
| Content Summary | This research paper examines the changes that the refugee settlement of Nea Filadelfia underwent before and after the great earthquake of 1999. More specifically, the subject of the paper is the historical development of the settlement from its establishment in the Podoniftis area upon the arrival of refugees in the 1920s, its evolution over the decades, and the changes that have taken place in the settlement to date. The important historical event that determines the structure of the thesis is the 1999 earthquake, after which, in order to protect the uniqueness of the settlement, which was designed according to the standards of European garden cities of the 1930s, it was declared traditional. The conditions for protecting the settlement are then examined, the measures taken are criticized, and the extent to which they contributed to preserving its character is investigated. | en |
