| Content Summary | Η παρούσα εργασία εστιάζει στην έννοια της <<Παραγωγικής πόλης>> η οποία έχει ως κύριο γνώμονα το σεβασμό στο περιβάλλον και την υιοθέτηση ενός πράσινου αποτυπώματος για τον πλανήτη. Συγκεκριμένα αναλύονται οι βασικές έννοιες που σχετίζονται με τη παραγωγική πόλη και με τη βιωσιμότητα και τονίζεται η σημασία εύρεσης μιας καλύτερης λύσης για το μέλλον των πόλεων. Στη συνέχεια παρουσιάζονται ορισμένες στρατηγικές που μπορούν να συνεισφέρουν στην παραγωγικότητα μιας πόλης μέσω πράσινων μορφών ενέργειας και γενικότερα με την ένταξη του πρασίνου στον αστικό ιστό. Επιπλέον, αναλύονται πλαίσια πολιτικών και κινήτρων, που δίνονται από ορισμένους φορείς στις πόλεις και στους πολίτες ώστε να υιοθετήσουν μια περισσότερο πράσινη συμπεριφορά. Έπειτα, γίνεται η μελέτη δυο περιπτώσεων πόλεων (case study) που στοχεύουν στην υψηλή παραγωγικότητα , οι οποίες αξιοποιούν τη φύση για την επίτευξη του στόχου τους, ενώ παράλληλα την αναδεικνύουν και την συμπεριλαμβάνουν ως κομμάτι τους. Επιλέχθηκε η πρωτεύουσα της Δανίας, η Κοπεγχάγη, διότι περιλαμβάνεται μεταξύ των πιο πρωτοποριακών πόλεων στο συγκεκριμένο θέμα και η δεύτερη πόλη, που επιλέχθηκε, είναι τα Τρίκαλα, ως μια πόλη, που δίνει το παράδειγμα στην υπόλοιπη Ελλάδα. Ακόμη παρουσιάζονται ορισμένες προτάσεις, που συνεισφέρουν στην δημιουργία όλο και περισσότερων τέτοιων πόλεων καθώς και πρακτικές μετατροπής των σημερινών πόλεων, στις πόλεις του μέλλοντος. Επιπλέον, παρουσιάζονται οι προκλήσεις, που προκύπτουν στη προσπάθεια δημιουργίας παραγωγικών πόλεων καθώς η επίτευξη ενός τέτοιου έργου μόνο εύκολη δεν είναι. Τέλος, η εργασία καταδεικνύει τη σημασία αλλαγής του σημερινού μοντέλου πόλης σε ένα πιο φρέσκο, που θα έχει ως κύριο στόχο την αξιοποίηση του περιβάλλοντος αλλά και τη διασφάλιση του για τις επόμενες γενιές. | el |
| Content Summary | This paper focuses on the Productive City, which has as its main guideline the respect for the environment and the adoption of a green footprint for the planet. Specifically, the basic concepts related to the Productive City and sustainability are analyzed as well as the importance of finding a better solution for the future of cities is emphasized. Then, certain strategies are presented that can contribute to the productivity of a city through green forms of energy and more generally by integrating greenery into the urban fabric. In addition, policy frameworks and incentives given by certain bodies to cities and citizens to adopt a greener behavior are analyzed. Moreover, two case studies of cities aiming for high productivity are studied, which utilize nature to achieve their goal while at the same time highlighting it and including it as part of them. The capital of Denmark, Copenhagen, was chosen because it is one of the most innovative cities on this issue and the second city chosen is Trikala, which is a city that sets an example for the rest of Greece. Some proposals are also presented that contribute to the creation of such cities or practices for transforming current cities into the cities of the future. In addition, the challenges to create productive cities are presented, as achieving such a project is not an easy process. Finally, the study demonstrates the importance of changing the current city model to a fresher one that will have as its main goal the utilization of the environment but also its safeguarding for future generations. | en |
