In this specific paper a control algorithm for servingCEN’s indoor environmental input parameters in buildingenergy management systems is presented. In the proposedcontrol system, techniques of natural ventilation and daylightpenetration are exploited. Electric lighting as well asmechanical cooling and heating are used supplementary to thetechniques mentioned above. This fairly simple controller worksquite satisfactory on the given input levels reducing the need forhigh-energy solutions.
