Content SummaryGlioblastoma is the most aggressive type of glioma. During the last decades, several models have been proposed for simulating the growth procedure of glioma. Diffusive models have been used for simulating the spatiotemporal change of glioma cell concentration. The most recent ones take into account tissue heterogeneity and the anisotropic migration of glial cells along white fibers. The main purpose of this paper is to present a novel method for computing the coefficients for the diffusion, taking into account the proportion of white and gray matter in atlases extracted by medical images. Some initial experiments are presented. en
