| Content Summary | Με τη συνεχή αύξηση της διαθέσιμης πληροφορίας για την αγορά ή την ενοικίαση ακινήτων στο διαδίκτυο, την ποικιλομορφία των χρηστών του διαδικτύου και την πολυπλοκότητα των διαδικτυακών εφαρμογών, δημιουργείται έντονη αμφισβήτηση για την γενική προσέγγιση του ηλεκτρονικού εμπορίου. Έχει νόημα μία εφαρμογή ηλεκτρονικού εμπορίου, για την αγορά ή την ενοικίαση ακινήτων, να παρουσιάζει τα ίδια ακίνητα σε χρήστες με διαφορετικές προτιμήσεις; Για την αντιμετώπιση αυτού του είδους των ερωτημάτων, θα ήταν προτιμότερο να αναπτυχθεί ένα Σύστημα Συστάσεων Πολυκριτήριας Ανάλυσης για την αγορά ή την ενοικίαση ακινήτων, το οποίο θα δημιουργεί μία προσωποποιημένη αναζήτηση σύμφωνα με τις προτιμήσεις του χρήστη. Το Σύστημα Συστάσεων Πολυκριτήριας Ανάλυσης για την αγορά ή την ενοικίαση ακινήτων είναι ένα σύστημα το οποίο έχει ως σκοπό την κατάλληλη πρόταση ακινήτου στο χρήστη, σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες και τα χαρακτηριστικά που επιθυμεί να περιλαμβάνει το ακίνητο. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, ο χρήστης θα εισάγει στο σύστημα τα χαρακτηριστικά που επιθυμεί και στη συνέχεια το σύστημα, μέσω μίας μεθόδου πολυκριτήριας ανάλυσης και μίας εφαρμογής συλλογής δεδομένων από Web (web-crawler), θα προτείνει το κατάλληλο ακίνητο στο χρήστη σύμφωνα με τα χαρακτηριστικά που επιθυμεί να περιλαμβάνει το ακίνητο. Το Σύστημα Συστάσεων Πολυκριτήριας Ανάλυσης για την αγορά ή την ενοικίαση ακινήτων θα λειτουργεί σε διαδικτυακό περιβάλλον και θα αναπτυχθεί σε γλώσσα προγραμματισμού Python και JavaScript ενώ τα δεδομένα θα αντληθούν από ειδικές ιστοσελίδες, οι οποίες θα περιέχουν αγγελίες ακινήτων. | el |
| Content Summary | With the constant increase in the availability of information on the purchase or rental of real estate on the Internet, the diversity of Internet users and the complexity of web applications, there is a strong challenge to the general e-commerce approach. Does it make sense for an ecommerce application to buy real estate to display the same properties to users with different preferences? To address these kinds of questions, it would be preferable to develop a Multi-criteria Analysis Recommendation System for the purchase or rental of real estate, which will create a personalized search according to user preferences. The Multi-criteria Analysis Recommendation System for the purchase of real estate is a system that aims to provide an appropriate property proposal to the user, according to the needs and characteristics that the user wants to include. In particular, the user will enter the desired attributes into the system and then the system, through a multi-criteria analysis method and a web-crawler application, will propose the appropriate property to the user according to the features that user desires to include the property. The Multi-criteria Analysis Recommendation System for the purchase of real estate will operate in an online environment and will be deployed in Python and JavaScript programming language while data will be retrieved from special websites containing property ads. | en |
