| Content Summary | Η παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή διατριβή έχει ως αντικείμενο τη διερεύνηση της δυνατότητας εφαρμογής σύγχρονων προσεγγίσεων στην οργάνωση και λειτουργία των διοικητικών και υποστηρικτικών υπηρεσιών στον χώρο της Άμυνας. Αναλύονται σε θεωρητικό επίπεδο βασικές έννοιες όπως Διοίκηση, Μάνατζμεντ, Ηγεσία, Καινοτομία, Οργανωσιακή Κουλτούρα και εξετάζεται η επίδραση των παραπάνω στη διαδικασία εφαρμογής του συστήματος Κοστολόγησης Βάσει Δραστηριοτήτων (Activity Based Costing) στις ελληνικές Ένοπλες Δυνάμεις. Η έρευνα υλοποιείται με τη μέθοδο του ερωτηματολογίου και τη συμμετοχή Αξιωματικών του Οικονομικού Σώματος. Η μελέτη των αποτελεσμάτων οδηγεί σε ενδιαφέροντα συμπεράσματα σχετικά με τη στάση και τις απόψεις της παραπάνω ομάδας ως προς το εφικτό της διαδικασίας και την προοπτική της ενεργού συμμετοχής της σε αυτή. | el |
| Content Summary | The object of this thesis is to investigate the possibility of implementing modern approaches in the organization and operation of administrative and support services in the Defense. Basic concepts of Command, Management, Leadership, Innovation and Organizational Culture are being analyzed in a theoretical level and the effect they have on the implementation process of Activity Based Costing in the Greek Armed Forces is being examined. The research is carried out by the method of the questionnaire and with the participation of Fiscal Corps’ Officers. The study results lead to interesting conclusions concerning the attitude and the views of the above-mentioned group of people about the feasibility of the process and the prospect of their active participation in it. | en |
