| Content Summary | Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία αναφέρεται στη σύμπραξη των ιδιοτήτων της έννοιας του cluster υπό το πρίσμα της αρχιτεκτονικής ερμηνείας, δανειζόμενη τον όρο cluster από τον κλάδο της οικονομίας και ‘μεταφράζοντάς’ τον περισσότερο στα χωρικά του πλαίσια και στην αντίστιξη αυτών στη τοπική οικονομία και κοινωνία. Η σύμπραξη ολοκληρώνεται από τη παράλληλη μελέτη της οικονομικής γεωγραφίας του χώρου όπου εντάσσεται ένα σύμπλεγμα και τις παραδοχές που του αποδίδουν την έννοια ως αρχιτεκτονικό σύμπλεγμα. Αποτέλεσμα της έρευνας είναι η δημιουργία ενός νέου θεωρητικού υποδείγματος και συγκεκριμένα του αρχιτεκτονικού επενδυτικού cluster (με όλες τις εκ γενετής ιδιότητές του), με κεντρικό του πυρήνα την ανάδειξη ενός προϊόντος ή υπηρεσίας μέσα από συγκεκριμένες διεργασίες και αρχές του cluster αλλά και τις χωρικές παραδοχές από τον τομέα της οικονομικής γεωγραφίας. Το νέο θεωρητικό υπόδειγμα βασίζεται σε δύο πρότυπα μοντέλα, το πρώτο από τον τομέα των clusters και το δεύτερο από τον τομέα της οικονομικής γεωγραφίας. Πρόκειται για το μοντέλο «Διαμάντι» από τον Michael Porter και το μοντέλο χωροθέτησης του Johann Heinrich von Thünen αντίστοιχα. Η σύμπραξη αυτών των δύο τομέων μέσα από τις ‘επιταγές’ του νέου θεωρητικού υποδείγματος, δημιουργεί το νέο αρχιτεκτονικό επενδυτικό σύμπλεγμα τύπου cluster με την επωνυμία (brand name) arch-in cluster (architectural investment cluster). | el |
| Content Summary | This thesis refers to the synergy of the properties of cluster concept, in the light of architectural interpretation. The term cluster is borrowed from the economy and is explained in a spatial context and interpreted within the local economy and society. The synergy is concluded through the study of the economic geography of the place in which a cluster is formed, in conjunction with the assumptions the cluster is an architectural assembly. The result of the research is the creation of a new theoretical model, namely the architectural investment cluster (with all its inherent properties). The foundation of this model is the promotion of a product or service using specific processes and principles of the cluster and its spatial assumptions in the field of economic geography. This new theoretical model is based on two models, the clusters field and the economic geography field. These are Michael Porter’s "Diamond" model and Johann Heinrich von Thünen’s model of agricultural land, respectively. Combining these two fields through the 'requirements' of the new theoretical model creates the new architectural investment cluster with the brand name arch-in cluster (architectural investment cluster). | en |
