| Content Summary | Στην συγκεκριμένη διπλωματική εργασία θα αναλυθούν οι προτιμήσεις καθώς και οι συμπεριφορές των καταναλωτών, διαφόρων χωρών, όσον αφορά τη διαδικτυακή πλατφόρμα εύρεσης αυτοκινήτου μετακίνησης, την Uber. Στα πλαίσια της εργασίας κατασκευάστηκε ένα ηλεκτρονικό ερωτηματολόγιο, το οποίο απαντήθηκε από χρήστες ή μη της πλατφόρμας αυτής. Στο ερωτηματολόγιο αυτό, οι ερωτώμενοι κλήθηκαν να επιλέξουν ένα αυτοκίνητο για μία πιθανή μετακίνησή τους ανάμεσα από ένα πλήθος διαφοροποιημένων επιλογών με ορισμένα χαρακτηριστικά και επίπεδα, ενώ κλήθηκαν να απαντήσουν και κάποιες ερωτήσεις σχετικά με τη γνώμη τους για την Uber. Η μέθοδος που θα χρησιμοποιηθεί είναι η Choice-Based Conjoint Analysis του λογισμικού της Sawtooth, ενώ θα χρησιμοποιηθεί και ένα μοντέλο Latent Class για την ανάλυση των δεδομένων. Επιπροσθέτως, πραγματοποιήθηκαν οι απαραίτητες στατιστικές αναλύσεις με τη χρήση του προγράμματος SPSS, με σκοπό την αξιολόγηση των σχέσεων μεταξύ των μεταβλητών που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν στην έρευνα. Οι αναλύσεις αυτές περιλαμβάνουν τεστ ελέγχου ανεξαρτησίας x2 (pearson chi-square), καθώς και πολυμεταβλητή ανάλυση διακύμανσης (MANOVA). Τέλος, κρίθηκε απαραίτητη και η θεωρητική προσέγγιση όλων των μεθοδολογιών που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν. | el |
| Content Summary | The present diploma thesis analyzes the preferences and the behavior of the consumers, of various countries, regarding the internet peer to peer ridesharing platform, Uber. An online questionnaire was developed as part of the work, which was answered by users or not of this platform. In this questionnaire, respondents were asked to choose a car for a possible move between a variety of different options with certain features and levels and were asked to answer some questions about their opinion on Uber. The method to be used is the Choice-Based Conjoint Analysis of the Sawtooth software, and will be used a Latent Class model for data analysis. Also, the necessary statistical analyzes were carried out using the SPSS program, in order to evaluate the relationships between the variables used in the survey. These analyzes include x2 (pearson chi-square) and multivalent variance analysis (MANOVA). Finally, the theoretical approach of all the methodologies used was also necessary. | en |
