| Περίληψη | Ο στόχος της εργασίας είναι να δημιουργήσουμε ένα διάσπαρτο ξενοδοχείο στον αστικό ιστό της πόλης το οποίο να έχει έναν υβριδικό χαρακτήρα απορροφώντας και δημιουργώντας και άλλες χρήσεις στο σύνολο του .Ταυτόχρονα έχει γίνει επιλογή κτιρίων γραμμικά σε μία οδό ,με τα υφιστάμενα κτίρια που επιλέχθηκαν να έχουν νεοκλασσικό χαρακτήρα. Όλα τα κτίρια είτε υπολειτουργούν , είτε είναι εγκαταλελειμμένα .Με την επιλογή αυτή θέλουμε να διασώσουμε αυτά τα κτίρια ιστορικής σημασίας και πολιτιστικής κληρονομίας και να τους δώσουμε μία νέα χρήση που θα τα αναδείξει ξάνα και θα δώσει μία νέα οψη στην οδό αλλά και στην περιόχη. Για να μπορέσει το ξενοδοχείο αυτό να λειτουργήσει σωστά καθώς τα κτίρια απέχουν μεταξύ τους και έχουν διαφορετικές χρήσεις κάνουμε μια γραμμική αστική παρέμβαση μικρής κλίμακας στην οδό Ι.Σφακιανάκη , στην οποία δημιουργούμε νέα πεζοδρόμιση - ποδηλατόδρομο που θα ενώνει την πλατεία Δικαστηρίων με το πάρκο Ειρήνης και Φιλίας και παράλληλα θα ενοποιεί τα κτίρια μας .Η ανάπλαση της οδού έχει ως αποτέλεσμα να γίνει μία διαδραστική διαδρομή για τον χρήστη καθώς κάθε κτίριο έχει διαφορετική χρωματική ενότητα στο πεζοδρόμιο του η οποία οριοετεί το κάθε κτίριο ως μέλος ξενοδοχείου. Λόγω της πολυχρωμίας και το χαρακτήρα του υβριδικού ξενοδοχείου που εναρμονίζεται στον αστικό ιστό με την μέθοδο του αστικού βελονισμού η ονομασία του ορίστηκε ως ‘’CHAMELEON’’. The aim of this paper is to design-build an “ Albergo Diffuso” scattered hotel within the urban fabric, which will be hybrid and will offer multiple functions as a building. At the same time, many linear buildings along a street have been chosen, all of them being of neoclassical architecture. All these buildings either have some malfunctioning areas or are abandoned. Based on this proposal, we intend to save these buildings of historical and cultural importance and offer them a new function which will both highlight them and give a new image to the street and the neighbourhood- area. Due to the fact that these buildings are in a distance with one another and they serve different functions, in order for the aforementioned hotel to function properly we have to arrange a small linear interval in the urban fabric in I. Sfakianaki street, where we build a pedestrian- bicycle oriented area which will unite “Platia Dikastirion” with “Eirinis and Filias” park, and simultaneously, will provide a unified framework for the buildings since it will bring them together in the same space. The restoration of this street leads to the creation of an interactive walk for the guest of the hotel because every building has a different colour pattern on the pavement which also signifies every building as a part of the hotel complex. Because of the many colours and the hybrid characteristics of the hotel which is in harmony with the urban landscape based on the method of urban acupuncture, its name is decided to be “CHAMELEON”. | el |
