| Content Summary | Το αντικείμενο της έρευνας μας είναι η μελέτη καθώς και η ερμηνεία της κοινωνικής κατοικίας στην πόλη των Χανίων, η ένταξη της στο αστικό περιβάλλον, με απαρχή την Μικρασιατική καταστροφή και κατά την διάρκεια του Βενιζελισμού έως την Μεταπολεμική περίοδο. Επίσης ερευνώνται οι σχέσεις αλληλεπίδρασης με τις υφιστάμενες τυπολογίες αστικής κατοικίας αλλά και τον συγχρονισμό της με τα αντίστοιχα Ευρωπαϊκά πρότυπα της περιόδου μεταξύ 1920-1950. Το μεικτό πολεοδομικό σύστημα του αστικού ιστού της πόλης των Χανίων, αποτελώντας μία ενιαία χωρική ενότητα που παρουσιάζει εξαιρετικό ενδιαφέρον καθώς ενοποιεί το ιστορικό Ενετικό κέντρο με ένα Ιπποδάμειο σύστημα ακτινωτής σύνδεσης εντάσσει την κοινωνική κατοικία . Τα βασικά ερωτήματα που πρέπει να απαντηθούν είναι: • Ποια είναι η λειτουργική, τυπολογική, μορφολογική και κατασκευαστική σχέση των κοινωνικών κατοικιών που ερευνούμε με το ιστορικό παρελθόν του τόπου που δημιουργούνται; • Πώς εκφράζουν την πολιτισμική, οικονομική και κοινωνική υπόσταση της περιόδου τους; • Ακολουθεί η εξέλιξη της κοινωνικής κατοικίας στα Χανιά την εξέλιξη της Αστικής έπαυλης στον ίδιο χώρο; • Πως αντιλαμβανόμαστε την σχέση των αντίστοιχων κοινωνικών δομών στην Γαλλία, Αυστρία & Ολλανδία, με βάση τον εξευρωπαϊσμό και ποια η διαδικασία πρόσληψής τους από την ελληνική αρχιτεκτονική και τοπική κοινωνία; | el |
| Content Summary | The object of our research is the study as well as the interpretation of the social housing in the city of Chania, its integration in the urban environment, starting with the Asia Minor destruction and during the Venizelism until the Post-war period. The relations of interaction with the existing typologies of urban housing are also investigated, as well as its synchronization with the corresponding European standards of the period between 1920-1950.The mixed urban system of the city of Chania, constituting a single spatial unit that is of great interest as it unites the historic Venetian center with a Hippodameian system of radial connection integrates the social housing. The key questions that need to be answered are: • What is the functional, typological, morphological and structural relationship of the social dwellings we research with the historical past of the place where they are created? • How do they express the cultural, economic and social status of their period? • Does the evolution of social housing in Chania follow the evolution of the Urban Villa in the same area? • How do we perceive the relationship of the corresponding social structures in France, Austria & the Netherlands, based on Europeanization and what is the process of their absorption by the Greek architecture and local society? | en |
