| Content Summary | Σκοπός της παρούσας Διπλωματικής Εργασίας είναι η σύνταξη του επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου της παλαιότερης μεταποιητικής επιχείρησης στην Ελλάδα. Η εταιρεία δραστηριοποιείται στο κλάδο των αλκοολούχων ποτών και αποσταγμάτων από το 1850, συνεχίζοντας την αδιάλειπτη πορεία της μέχρι σήμερα. Αρχικά, θα υλοποιηθεί η θεωρητική προσέγγιση του πλαισίου ενός επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου με σαφή και ευδιάκριτη αναφορά στη δομή του. Θα εξετασθούν τομείς όπως η ανάλυση του εσωτερικού και εξωτερικού περιβάλλοντος, η στρατηγική των προϊόντων, το Marketing και το Management Plan. Ειδικό βάρος θα δοθεί στο χρηματοοικονομικό σκέλος του σχεδίου, καθώς θα παρουσιαστούν τα χρηματοοικονομικά εργαλεία που χρησιμοποιούνται για την σύνταξη ενός άρτιου επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου, όπως η ανάλυση της υφιστάμενης οικονομικής κατάστασης της επιχείρησης, η μελέτη του Νεκρού Σημείου, η πραγματοποίηση προβλέψεων και η σύνταξη προϋπολογισμών. Παράλληλα θα γίνει εκτενής περιγραφή πιθανών συνεργειών με επενδυτικά σχήματα και θα εξετασθεί πως θα διαμορφώσουν την εικόνα της εταιρείας μελλοντικά. | el |
| Content Summary | The aim of this thesis is to structure the business plan of the oldest manufacturing company in Greece. Beginning in 1850, the company has been actively a major part of Greece’s alcohol industry till this day. The company’s core focus is the production of various alcoholic beverages and distillates. At first, the business plan will be clearly analyzed from a theoretical standpoint, focusing on its structure and main principles. Then, an evaluation of the company’s working environment, both internal and external, will be completed, as well as its product strategy, marketing and management plan. Special emphasis will be given to the financial part of the project. More specifically, all the relevant financial tools that aim for a successful business plan, such as the analysis of the company’s existing financial situation, the break-even point analysis, estimated profit and loss and budgeting, will be included. Finally, future collaborative business opportunities will be presented and how they will potentially shape the future of the company. | en |
