| Content Summary | Σε αυτήν την εργασία θα αναλυθεί η επιρροή και το αποτέλεσμα της χρήσης της Τεχνητής Νοημοσύνης σαν σύμβουλος στις επιχειρήσεις. Αρχικά, θα αναλυθεί τι ορίζουμε σαν Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη και ποια είναι τα χαρακτηριστικά και τα συστατικά της αλλά και βασικές έννοιες όπως μάνατζμεντ και Μεγάλα Δεδομένα. Έπειτα θα συζητηθεί γιατί οι επιχειρήσεις έχουν ανάγκη τις καινοτομίες σε συνδυασμό και με άλλες επιστήμες στο χώρο του μάνατζμεντ (νευροεπιστήμες), γιατί χρειάζονται την Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη σαν βοηθό σε διάφορους τομείς όπως στην Διαχείριση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, τη διαχείριση κρίσεων σε καιρό πανδημίας, τη διαχείριση κινδύνων κυβερνοχώρου καθώς και σε πολυκριτήριες αποφάσεις που πρέπει να ληφθούν μέσα σε ένα περιβάλλον αβεβαιότητας και ρίσκο με τη δημιουργία ενός κατάλληλου πλάνου. Επιπρόσθετα, αναφέρεται η Θεωρία του Μαύρου Κύκνου με σκοπό να τονιστεί η σημαντικότητα της ένταξης της Τεχνητής Νοημοσύνης στις επιχειρήσεις ως παράγοντας σταθεροποίησης και ισορροπίας. Τέλος, εξετάζεται αν άνθρωπος θα αντικατασταθεί από την επέλαση της τεχνολογίας με αποτέλεσμα την εμφάνιση πρωτόγνωρων ποσοστών ανεργίας καθώς και αναφέρονται και οι αρνητικές επιπτώσεις της Τεχνητής Νοημοσύνης. | el |
| Content Summary | This diploma thesis is analyzing the impact and outcome of the Artificial Intelligence use as a business consultant. Initially, it will be analyzed what we define as Artificial Intelligence and what are its characteristics and components but also basic concepts such as management and Big Data. It will then be discussed why companies need innovation in conjunction with other sciences in the field of management (e.g., neuroscience), why they need Artificial Intelligence as an assistant in various fields such as Human Resource Management, pandemic crisis management, cyber risk management as well as in multi-criteria decisions to be made in an environment of uncertainty and risk by creating an appropriate plan. In addition, the Theory of Black Swan is mentioned in order to emphasize the importance of the integration of Artificial Intelligence in companies as a factor of stabilization and balance. Finally, questions are answered about man’s replacement by the advent of technology resulting in the emergence of unprecedented unemployment rates as well as the negative elements of Artificial Intelligence. | en |
