| Content Summary | Η συνολική αποτελεσματικότητα του εξοπλισμού (Overall Equipment Effectiveness – ΟΕΕ) είναι ένα πρότυπο για τη μέτρηση της παραγωγικότητας μίας γραμμής παραγωγής. Ο δείκτης OEE προσδιορίζει το ποσοστό του χρόνου που είναι πραγματικά παραγωγικό. Η τιμή του δείκτη OEE ίση με 100% αντανακλά την κατασκευή μόνο ποιοτικών προϊόντων, όσο το δυνατόν γρηγορότερα-αποδοτικότερα, χωρίς διακοπές. Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία έχει ως στόχο την καταγραφή της συνολικής αποτελεσματικότητας του εξοπλισμού μίας πραγματικής γραμμής παραγωγής ασφαλειών τήξεως (μαχαιρωτές ασφάλειες). Η γραμμή παραγωγής/συναρμολόγησης αποτελείτε από 7 σταθμούς παραγωγής. Αφού γίνει αναλυτική καταγραφή των εργασιών που εκτελούνται σε κάθε μονάδα, θα καταγραφούν σε ημερήσια βάση και για διάστημα ενός μήνα τα προβλήματα λειτουργίας της συγκεκριμένης γραμμής παραγωγής με σκοπό τον υπολογισμό της συνολικής αποτελεσματικότητας του εξοπλισμού. Η λεπτομερής καταγραφή των δυσλειτουργιών του εξοπλισμού θα καταδείξει με σαφήνεια και λεπτομέρεια τα προβλήματα που οδηγούν σε τυχόν χαμηλή αποτελεσματικότητα της γραμμής παραγωγής. Σκοπός της διπλωματικής είναι τελικά η διατύπωση προτάσεων βελτίωσης που θα οδηγήσουν σε αύξηση της αποτελεσματικότητας και της παραγωγής. | el |
| Content Summary | Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a standard for measuring the productivity of a production line. The OEE index determines the percentage of time that is truly productive. The value of the OEE index equal to 100% reflects the manufacture of only quality products, as fast-efficient as possible, without interruptions. The aim of this thesis is to record the overall efficiency of the equipment of a real production line of melting fuses (knife fuses). The production/assembly line is consisted of 7 production stations. After a detailed record of the work performed in each unit, the problems of operation of the specific production line will be recorded on a daily basis and for a period of one month in order to calculate the overall efficiency of the equipment. A detailed record of equipment malfunctions will clearly and in detail demonstrate the problems leading to any low efficiency of the production line. The purpose of the thesis is ultimately to formulate proposals for improvement that will lead to increased efficiency and production. | en |
