| Content Summary | Αντικείμενο της εργασίας είναι η ανάλυση της πολεοδομικής εξέλιξης του παραδοσιακού οικισμού της Παροικιάς και η αξιολόγηση των παραγόντων που οδήγησαν στη σημερινή του μορφή (προβλήματα, παθογένειες προοπτικές), ώστε να διαπιστωθεί κατά πόσο διατηρείται ή αλλοιώνεται ο χαρακτήρας του οικισμού με το πέρασμα του χρόνου. Πρόκειται για ένα χαρακτηριστικό παράδειγμα οικισμού των Κυκλάδων που αναπτύχθηκε πέριξ του Κάστρου κι αποτελεί και την παλαιότερη συνοικία της Παροικιάς που φθάνει ως τις μέρες μας. Αρχικά πραγματοποιείται μια σύντομη αναφορά στον ορισμό των παραδοσιακών οικισμών, τα χαρακτηριστικά τους στην Ελλάδα και έπειτα στο θεσμικό πλαίσιο προστασίας του. Εν συνεχεία γίνεται μελέτη της παραδοσιακής αρχιτεκτονικής των Κυκλάδων, με έμφαση στο νησί της Πάρου και δίνεται έμφαση στους εθιμικούς κανόνες. Γίνεται μια σύντομη αναφορά στην ιστορία και τους οικισμούς που συναντώνται στην Πάρο και μελετάται διεξοδικά ο παραδοσιακός οικισμός της Παροικιάς ως προς την ιστορική και πολεοδομική της εξέλιξη, από τις απαρχές τις οργάνωσης της έως τη θεσμοθέτηση του Γενικού Πολεοδομικού Σχεδίου της. Τέλος, παρουσιάζεται η πολεοδομική καταγραφή κι ανάλυση της σημερινής μορφής του οικισμού ως προς τις χρήσεις γης, το δίκτυο κυκλοφορίας, το δημόσιο χώρο συναρτήσει του τουρισμού. | el |
| Content Summary | The thesis is based on the analysis of the urban development of the traditional settlement of Parikia and the evaluation of the factors that led to its current form (problems, pathogenic prospects), in order to determine whether the character of the settlement is preserved or altered over time. This is a typical example of a settlement in the Cyclades that developed around the Castle, the oldest district of Parikia that reaches to the present day. First, a brief reference is made to the definition of traditional settlements, their characteristics in Greece and then the project refers to the institutional framework for its protection. Then the traditional architecture of the Cyclades is studied, with emphasis on the island of Paros and emphasis is placed on customary rules. A brief reference is made to the history and the settlements found in Paros and the traditional settlement of Parikia is studied in detail in terms of its historical and urban development, from the beginnings of its constitution to the legislation of its urban plan. Finally, the urban planning and analysis of the current form of the settlement in terms of land uses, the traffic network, the public space in relation to tourism is presented. | en |
