| Content Summary | Στην παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία αναλύεται η τεχνοοικονομική μελέτη μη υφιστάμενης βιομηχανίας παραγωγής γαλακτοκομικών και τυροκομικών προϊόντων στην περιφερειακή ενότητα Ηρακλείου Κρήτης. Στην συγκεκριμένη μελέτη, εξετάζεται η βιωσιμότητα της επιχείρησης και αξιολογείται η επένδυση ως προς την υπαγωγή της στον Αναπτυξιακό Νόμο Ν.4399/2016. Σκοπός της υπαγωγής, είναι η επιχορήγηση μέρους των δαπανών επένδυσης, με αποτέλεσμα να ιδρυθεί η υπό εξέταση βιομηχανία. Στην μελέτη που ακολουθεί, περιγράφεται η ανάλυση της βιωσιμότητας του κλάδου των τυροκομικών και γαλακτοκομικών προϊόντων. Μελετάται η τεχνική διάσταση του έργου, η κατανομή των πόρων, το πλάνο της εργασιακής απασχόλησης, η δεκαετής πρόβλεψη της παραγωγής και οι δαπάνες που την συνοδεύουν. | el |
| Content Summary | This thesis analyzes the business plan of non-existing dairy and cheese industry in regional unit of Heraklion, Crete. In this particular study, the viability of the business and the investment is evaluated in terms of its belonging to Development Law N.4399/2016. The purpose of the affiliation is to subsidize part of the investment costs, resulting in the establishment of the industry in question. In the following study, the analysis of the sustainability of the sector is described of cheese and dairy products. The study includes the technical dimensions, the distribution of resources, the employment plan, the ten-year forecast of production and its cost. | en |
