This diploma work investigates the redefinition of flexible housing design after the recent pandemic of COVID-19. This pandemic has created new conditions of work, residence and interaction of individuals. As a result of this new paradigm shift, new interpretations of housing emerge, as the house is currently used multidimensionally. It is therefore incumbent on any new architectural approach to take into account this parameter. The proposed design highlights the direct interaction between greenery and housing. The complex still includes residences with flexible adaptation of the space of the apartments, determined by the needs of the individual user. Finally, a collective use of the open space of the blocks is proposed in order to create wider spaces for wandering and microcultivation. This approach could potentially promote interaction of individuals and contact with the environment for which the pandemic had been an obstacle during the last few years.
