| Content Summary | Σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση του κλάδου της ελαιουργίας στην Ελλάδα. Η μελέτη αυτή πραγματοποιείται για τα έτη 2015-2020 και σε αυτό το πλαίσιο, γίνεται αξιολόγηση ενός δείγματος των επιχειρήσεων επεξεργασίας και τυποποίησης ελαιόλαδου. Στην παρούσα εργασία θα χρησιμοποιηθούν συγκεκριμένοι χρηματοοικονομικοί δείκτες-αριθμοδείκτες, με στόχο μια αξιόπιστη μελέτη και ανάλυση της οικονομικής πορείας του κλάδου για την προαναφερθείσα χρονική περίοδο. Έπειτα, θα γίνει εφαρμογή της πολυκριτήριας μεθόδου PROMETHEE ΙΙ, με βάση τις επιδόσεις των επιχειρήσεων σε συγκεκριμένους δείκτες, έτσι ώστε να προκύψει η τελική κατάταξή τους. Στο τέλος θα παρουσιαστούν όλα τα αποτελέσματα και τα συμπεράσματα που προέκυψαν από την συγκεκριμένη μελέτη. | el |
| Content Summary | The goal of this thesis is the financial analysis of the olive oil industry in Greece. The research is taking place in the years 2015-2020 and in this context, a sample of olive oil processing and standardization companies is evaluated. In the present thesis there will be used specific financial indicators, aiming at a reliable study and analysis of the economic course of the industry for the aforementioned time period. Next, the PROMETHEE II multi-criteria method will be applied, based on the companies’ performance in specific indicators, so that their final ranking will be obtained. At the end, all the results and conclusions that emerged from this study will be presented. | en |
