| Content Summary | Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία, αφορά τον σχεδιασμό δύο προϊόντων ηλεκτρονικής, με τη χρήση του πλαισίου Scrum. Σκοπός της είναι, η κατανόηση του πλαισίου και ο έλεγχος της αποτελεσματικότητάς του, μέσω της εφαρμογής του. Αρχικά, πραγματοποιείται μία ανάλυση στα θεμελιώδη συστήματα παραγωγής και μεθοδολογίες που επιτέλεσαν παράγοντες επηρεασμού των αξιών και των πρακτικών του Scrum. Στη συνέχεια, σημειώνεται η ιστορική αναδρομή από τη δημιουργία του έως και σήμερα, καθώς επεξηγείται ο οδηγός του πλαισίου. Αμέσως επόμενη, είναι η παρουσίαση σημαντικών παραδειγμάτων εφαρμογής του, από εταιρείες και οργανισμούς μεγάλου βεληνεκούς και η σύγκριση του με τη παραδοσιακή προσέγγιση διαχείρισης έργων, το μοντέλο του καταρράκτη. Ακολούθως, παρουσιάζεται η πρακτική εφαρμογή του Scrum στους εργαστηριακούς χώρους του Ελληνικού Μεσογειακού Πανεπιστημίου, του τμήματος Ηλεκτρονικών Μηχανικών. Τέλος, παρατίθενται τα συμπεράσματα της έρευνας και προτείνονται μελλοντικές ιδέες, σχετικές με την ενσωμάτωση του πλαισίου στο γνωστικό αντικείμενο της σχολής των Μηχανικών Παραγωγής και Διοίκησης. | el |
| Content Summary | The present dissertation paper studies the design of two electronic devices by using Scrum framework. The purpose of the paper is the understanding of this framework and the examination of its effectiveness through its application. To begin with, an analysis, on the fundamental production systems and methodologies, that affected the values and the practices of Scrum, is conducted. Then, there is a historic retrospect from its creation up to nowadays, while the guide of the framework is being elaborated. After that, there is a presentation of significant examples of its application from both companies and organizations with a wide range as well as its comparison with the traditional approach in project management, “Waterfall model”. Moreover, there is a presentation of the practical approach of Scrum in the laboratories of the Hellenic Mediterranean University and the department of Electronic Engineering. Finally there are the conclusions of the survey as well as further suggestions regarding the incorporation of the framework in the discipline in the School of Production Engineering and Management. | en |
