The project is about the design of a typical tiny house unit, with the ability to adapt to different functions, through variable elements. The different functions serve to house special medium-term time horizon groups such as (graduate) students, digital nomads and higher education professors. The variability of the structure is achieved both on a macro scale with the movement of entire elements, and on a micro scale with the adaptability of furniture and interior fittings. Movement is achieved by folding, tilting/rotating and scrolling elements to create a new spatial or functional condition.Variable elements are also present in the shell in order to define the energy signature of the residence, while the combination of several units by height or area create possibilities for composite housing complexes.
