| Content Summary | Η παρούσα ερευνητική έχει σκοπό να εξετάσει αν η ψηφιακή επανάσταση φέρει χωρικές αλλαγές στις υποδομές και υπηρεσίες υγείας αναδεικνύοντας πιθανές νέες αναδυόμενες τυπολογίες. Αρχικά, αναλύεται η ιστορική εξέλιξη των υποδομών υγείας ανά τους αιώνες προκειμένου να εξηγηθεί η μετάβαση από τη μη ύπαρξη χώρων ειδικά διαμορφωμένων ως υποδομές υγείας στη διαμόρφωση των υποδομών υγείας πριν την ψηφιακή επανάσταση. Αργότερα, γίνεται μία ανάλυση για το πως έχουν εξελιχθεί οι υποδομές υγείας και οι τυπολογίες τους, από τον 19ου αιώνα μέχρι και σήμερα. Στην συνέχεια, παρατίθενται εκτενέστερα τα αρχιτεκτονικά τους στοιχεία. Στο τελευταίο κεφάλαιο, γίνεται μία προσπάθεια να ενταχθεί ομαλά ο αναγνώστης στην έννοια της ψηφιακής υγείας. Δίνεται η έννοια, η μέχρι τώρα πορεία της και αναλύεται μέσω επεξηγηματικού υλικού, στατιστικών και παραδειγμάτων, η χρησιμότητα της στην σημερινή εποχή. Ακόμα, εξετάζεται η αλλαγή που μπορεί να επέλθει, στην υπάρχουσα κατάσταση τόσο των υποδομών υγείας, όσο και των υπηρεσιών που αυτές παρέχουν, λόγω της ψηφιακής επανάστασης και της εξάπλωσης του e-health σε όλο τον κόσμο. Τέλος, τεκμηριώνεται πως η αλλαγή του τρόπου σκέψης από τον αναλογικό στον ψηφιακό κόσμο ξεπερνάει τα όρια της υγείας χωρικά και επηρεάζει το κοινωνικό, πολιτικό, αρχιτεκτονικό και πολεοδομικό κομμάτι στον τομέα της υγείας. | el |
| Content Summary | The following paper presents the impact that the evolution of technology has in the field of medicine and in particular in the field of health care in hospitals and health services and analyzes these changes in the wheel of time. This paper highlights and analyzes a new trend in healthcare, which is digital health, and may drastically affect it in the coming years. First of all, the historical development of health infrastructure over the centuries is analyzed in order to explain the transition from the non-existence of buildings specifically designed as health infrastructure to the development of health infrastructure as we know it before the digital revolution. Later, an analysis is made about how health infrastructures and their typologies have evolved from the 19th century to the present. Their architectural elements are listed in more detail. In the last chapter, an attempt is made to integrate the reader into the concept of digital health. The concept is given, its development so far and its usefulness in today's world is analyzed through explanatory material, statistics and examples. It also examines the change that can occur in the current state of both health infrastructure and the services they provide, due to the digital revolution and the spread of e-health around the world. At last, it is documented that the change in thinking from the analogue to the digital world goes beyond the boundaries of health spatially and affects the social, political, architectural and urban planning aspects of health. | en |
