| Content Summary | Σκοπός της διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η δημιουργία ενός ρεαλιστικού μοντέλου απεικόνισης της κατανομής των αέριων ρύπων που δημιουργούνται από τις δραστηριότητες (πλεύση – ελιγμοί – στάθμευση) καραβιών προκειμένου να γίνεται καλύτερη αναγνώριση γεωγραφικών περιοχών με έντονο περιβαλλοντικό πρόβλημα. Έτσι θα δοθεί μια σαφέστερη εικόνα για τη συγκέντρωση και διάχυση των εκπομπών αέριων ρύπων από τη Ναυτιλία αλλά και το περιβαλλοντικό τους αποτύπωμα στην ευρύτερη περιοχή την οποία εξετάζουμε (Νότιο Αιγαίο). Η υλοποίηση του προτεινόμενου γραφικού μοντέλου διασποράς αέριων ρύπων θα γίνει με χρήση Γκαουσιανού μοντέλου διασποράς στο οποίο ως παράμετροι εισόδου θα είναι τα χαρακτηριστικά του αέριου ρύπου, τα μετεωρολογικά χαρακτηριστικά της περιοχής αλλά και το γεωγραφικό στίγμα των πλοίων. | el |
| Content Summary | The aim of this thesis is to create a realistic visualization model of the distribution of air pollutants generated by ships’ activities (sailing - maneuvering - parking) in order to better identify the geographical areas with significant environmental problems. This will provide a clear picture of the concentration and dissemination of gaseous pollutants from shipping but also their environmental footprint in the region we are considering (South Aegean). The proposed graphical dispersion model will be implemented through a Gaussian dispersion model in which as input parameters will be the characteristics of the gaseous pollutant, the meteorological characteristics of the area and the geographical location of the vessel. | en |
