| Content Summary | Η Διπλωματική Εργασία αφορά το ζήτημα της βιώσιμης ή αειφόρου ανάπτυξης στην αποκατάσταση των ιστορικών κτηρίων. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μία εισαγωγική προσέγγιση στην έννοια της βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης και διενεργείται μία ιστορική αναδρομή στους ορισμούς οι οποίοι έχουν δοθεί, τόσο σε διεθνές όσο και σε ελληνικό επίπεδο. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο γίνεται αναφορά στη σημασία της βιωσιμότητας στον κατασκευαστικό τομέα, όπως και στη θεωρία του αναγεννητικού αρχιτεκτονικού σχεδιασμού που πρεσβεύει την ενεργό συμμετοχή των κτηρίων στη διαδικασία της αναβάθμισης του φυσικού περιβάλλοντος. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο προσεγγίζεται η έννοια της βιωσιμότητας στην αποκατάσταση των κτηρίων πολιτιστικού ενδιαφέροντος, οι παράμετροι που την επηρεάζουν, τα προβλήματα που παρουσιάζονται στην επίτευξη αειφορίας των ιστορικών κτηρίων και πώς αντιμετωπίζονται αυτά. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται το ερωτηματολόγιο που αποτελεί βασικό μέρος της έρευνας. Το ερωτηματολόγιο απευθύνεται σε επιστημονικές και επαγγελματικές ειδικότητες που δραστηριοποιούνται στον τομέα της αποκατάστασης ιστορικών κτηρίων και εξετάζει μέσα από την εμπειρία των συμμετεχόντων τις αποφάσεις που λαμβάνονται σε βασικά ζητήματα που αφορούν την προστασία, συντήρηση και διαχείριση των ιστορικών κτηρίων. Η ανάλυση του ερωτηματολογίου δείχνει τις προσεγγίσεις οι οποίες και επικρατούν σε πρακτικό επίπεδο αναφορικά με την αντιμετώπιση των ιστορικών μνημείων και συνδέεται με συγκεκριμένες πτυχές της βιωσιμότητας. Τέλος, στα συμπεράσματα δίνονται γενικές κατευθύνσεις ώστε στην πράξη οι μέθοδοι που εφαρμόζονται στην αποκατάσταση των κτηρίων πολιτιστικού ενδιαφέροντος να οδηγούν πραγματικά σε βιώσιμα ιστορικά κτήρια, υπό το πρίσμα τόσο της οικονομίας, όσο και της κοινωνίας και του περιβάλλοντος, διατηρώντας παράλληλα στο μέγιστο δυνατό τις αξίες που τα καθιέρωσαν στην κοινωνία. | el |
| Content Summary | The Thesis concerns the issue of sustainable development in the restoration of historic buildings. The first chapter introduces the concept of sustainable development and provides a historical overview of the definitions that have been given, both internationally and in Greece. The second chapter refers to the importance of sustainability in the construction sector, as well as to the theory of regenerative architectural design that advocates the active participation of buildings in the process of upgrading the natural environment. The third chapter approaches the concept of sustainability in the restoration of buildings of cultural interest, the parameters that affect it and the problems that arise in achieving the sustainability of historic buildings and how they are addressed. The fourth chapter analyzes the questionnaire that is a key part of the research. The questionnaire is addressed to scientific and professional specialties active in the field of restoration of historic buildings and examines through the experience of the participants the decisions taken on key issues concerning the protection, maintenance and management of historic buildings. The analysis of the questionnaire shows the approaches that prevail on a practical level regarding the treatment of historical monuments and is linked to specific aspects of sustainability. Finally, the conclusions give general guidelines so that in practice the methods applied in the restoration of buildings of cultural interest really lead to sustainable historic buildings, in the economic, social and environmental sense, while also maintaining the maximum possible values that established them in the society. | en |
