This thesis examines how multi-criteria analysis (MCA) methodologies can be applied to the sustainable management of tourism. Particular emphasis is placed on the evaluation of visitor satisfaction, as it is a crucial indicator of a tourist destination's success. Using the MUSA method and Samaria National Park in Crete as a case study, the research analyzes various criteria with the aim of identifying the factors that influence the overall visitor experience, allowing for a better understanding of the situation and the development of strategies for its improvement.The findings highlight the variability in visitor expectations and satisfaction during the period 2018-2022, with particular attention to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis shows how external factors affect visitor priorities and their perception of the park experience. The thesis underscores the importance of adaptive management to maintain high levels of satisfaction and promote sustainable development through continuous monitoring and adjustment of management strategies.
