The purpose of this thesis is to measure customer satisfaction for the company "Paterakis Bakery Products." The research was conducted in two stages: initially, data were collected from the company's customers through the distribution of a specially designed questionnaire. In the second stage, the collected data were analyzed using the MUSA (Multicriteria Satisfaction Analysis) method. The results derived from this method indicate customer satisfaction both overall and across individual criteria, thereby helping the company identify areas of high satisfaction as well as those where it underperforms. Consequently, the company was provided with the opportunity to pinpoint areas of weakness and focus on further improvements aimed at increasing the overall level of customer satisfaction.
