Summary

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to examine how the new digital era affects businesses and necessitates the reshaping of management. It focuses on modern technologies such as digitization, big data analytics, and automation, which are reshaping business processes. At the same time, it explores how managers can adapt strategies and skills to meet challenges, enhancing innovation, resilience, and human resource development. Through the analysis of contemporary examples, the aim of the assignment is to propose practices that enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of businesses in the new digital era.
