The present thesis focuses on the design, construction, and assembly of motion transmission mechanisms. Motion transmission mechanisms operate by transferring motion through mechanical components, and their application spans various industrial sectors. Their design involves a series of critical steps aimed at ensuring smooth operation, effectiveness, efficiency, and long-term functionality. The design of the mechanical components is carried out using the FUSION 360 software. The construction process involves converting a theoretical design into a functional physical object using a CNC ROUTER machine. For the construction of the components, wood (MDF) is selected as the material, as it meets the mechanical properties required under operating conditions. The connection of components is accomplished during the assembly of the mechanism using various mechanical fastening methods. Each mechanism is powered by a direct current (DC) motor, which is connected to an appropriate power supply. The thesis references significant mechanisms and aims to represent the operation of motion transmission mechanisms.
