Summary

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an integral part of contemporary life, shaping every aspect of our daily routines. From smart devices and online platforms to industrial processes and healthcare, AI technologies offer new capabilities and innovative solutions. However, their most profound impact is observed in the business domain, where they are transforming the way organizations operate and make strategic decisions. By leveraging machine learning algorithms, rapid big data analysis, and automated decision-support systems, AI drives innovation and enhances organizational responsiveness to market dynamics. At the same time, it introduces significant challenges, including job displacement, high implementation costs, ethical concerns, and legal implications. This thesis explores the ways in which AI influences and reshapes decision-making processes in business environments. It focuses on the optimization of performance, the improvement of forecasting accuracy, and effective risk management. Through real-world examples and case studies, the research highlights the strategic approaches and practices that underpin the responsible and efficient adoption of AI.
