Summary

Increasingly, the Circular Economy is being heard today, both through the promotion of its action and culture, and through the corporate and social environments that are driven to harmonize with the pillars and criteria of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance). In recent years, the ESG concept has been applied through individual actions relating to its three main pillars. One parameter that guides us towards the Circular Economy (action in the light of ESG) is the growing need for skills related to the environmental footprint of companies, their employees and their actions towards the environment. It is therefore observed in the business sector that jobs related to the Circular Economy are open. The purpose of this paper is to explore the skills that may be required to achieve, promote and communicate the Circular Economy effectively. Thus, the skills needed in these positions will be sought up and analyzed. To achieve this, data analysis will be carried out through the popular professionalnetworking platform, (LinkedIn), at a global level, in the EU and in individualcountries, by industry and/or sector. Finally, the correlation with curricula and corporate training will be explored.
