ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria play a decisive role in shaping sustainable development and business strategy. This thesis focuses on evaluating the ESG performance of Greek listed companies by studying appropriate indicators derived from their sustainability reports. Using Multi-Criteria methods, it highlights the companies that implement the most effective practices as well as areas that need improvement.
