Summary

The present research refers to the identification of the necessary attributes for the development of a cooperative formation that promotes the innovativeness of its members. At the same time, it forms a set of Critical Success Factors (Critical Success Factors), through which a cluster can capture and realize its level of integration. In this study a scientific method was developed to capture critical success factors in the creation and operation of clusters. This method records the status of a cluster in a questionnaire of 60 closed-type questions about the conditions in a cluster and the data to be monitored to make the necessary corrections and ensure its success.
