Summary

A main problem which is faced by engineers that have to build private projects, is the calculation of time and cost from the moment that project starts till the moment it completes. Either the technical work corresponds to residence or it is created for professional use, it is certain that for the civil engineers who have take on the contracting, the prediction of the procedure such as the duration and the cost is done by approaching them. Because there are many unstable factors that determines them. Especially if for the construction should work together the technical office and many other factors. So it perceived that get involved many different parameters which add difficulties to make correct predictions financial and about the duration of the construction.Main purpose of my project was the research and collection of some pre-counts for private constructions, which I had already compared with the final results about time and economics, that came after the completion of each construction. In order to locate errors and deviations more easily, I researched every construction per stage. A main result of my research was the understanding of the stages of the construction, but also the contact between the customer and the technical office.Ultimately, how much the customer influences construction is perhaps the factor that brings about the greatest changes in the project.
